Firestone EPDM Liners provide a variety of advantages over cheaper alternatives like pond liners made from PVC or HDPE with the Firestone PondGard and Firestone GeoGard liners offering excellent resistance to UV exposure, high temperatures, oxidation and frost resistance, allowing the Firestone membrane to retain its mechanical properties for countless years. Thanks to its chemical inertness and resistance to algae and micro-organisms, Firestone liners do not release any chemicals into the environment.

Firestone PondGard (1.02mm thick) is perfectly suited for lakes, golf course water features, streams, waterfalls, creeks, swimming ponds and decorative ponds. PondGard is guaranteed to be compatible with aquatic life in accordance with testing reports published by the Water Research Centre in the United Kingdom.
PondGard is available in 3.05, 6.10, 7.62, 9.15 and 12.20 metre widths.

Firestone Geogard (1.14mm and 1.52mm thick) is ideal due to its strength and increased thickness for more industrial applications such as dams, lakes, mining water storage and other commercial applications. GeoGard has superior weathering resistance offering unmatched resistance to ultraviolet radiation and ozone. It remains extremely flexible at very low temperatures (down to -45 degrees Celsius) and can elongate over 300% which enables the membrane to stretch and conform to objects in the substrate and unavoidable ground movements.
Geogard is available in 6.10, 7.62, 9.15, 12.20 and 15.20 metre widths.

Firestone GeoGard is highly flexible, maintains high resistance to chemical corrosion & has a high puncture resistance.
Firestone has obtained the ISO9001 & ISO14001 certifications, which are reflection of Firestone's commitment to quality and the environmental management of its factories. As part of these certifications, regular controls are in Firestone factories to check production process, monitoring quality control and the finished product.
