Oase Oxymax


The designers from OASE have developed an oxygen dispenser as a useful and very
effective accessory for the Aquamax 3500, 5500 and 8500 pumps.

The Oxymax draws in air through a tube on the basis of the proven venturi principle and adds
it to the water drawn in by the pump. This guarantees a high oxygen transfer into the pond.
When used with a gravity fed biological filter, the Oxymax improves oxygen levels in the water
before it is pumped into the filter, thereby assisting the nitrification process in the filter.

Oxymax is easy to install, a suction nozzle is fastened directly to the pump inlet, drawing in the
necessary air through a specially shaped nozzle and tube which is held at the surface of the
water by a float. The set includes a float, Oxymax and 1metre of tube with connectors.
